Microsoft has updated the Windows Server 2003 SP2 page to include the links to SP2 gold. One thing they've included that I've never seen before is a downloadable ISO CD image for SP2, no not really a big deal but a change.

Why would it take FOUR hours on the phone with Microsoft. Why does it always take so long???
